Some do dare to speak

”A nation that is afraid to debate its issues in public forum, is a nation that is afraid of its people,” – President JF Kennedy.

“America is as much Jewish as Vatican is Catholic,” – Israel Shamir.

“When you read the history of Israel from objective sources – you discover that it is an outlaw state, created by the powers that be by stealing the land from its original inhabitants, and systematically exterminating them ever since,” – John Kaminski.

“False stereotypes can hide the truth from people of my age. At the age of six, my introduction to Islam got off to a bad start. While attending Presbyterian Sunday School in Jacksonville, Illinois, I was misled about Muslims and their religion and I harbored the misinformation until middle age,” – Paul Findley in his book ‘Silent No More’.

People in North America and Europe, even with little political awareness, know that criticizing Israel, Holocaust or Jewish Lobby – is the sure way to suicide in political and the academic fields. However, there are some western people with moral conscientious (most Christian and Jewish), who have dared to speak against Zionist bullies – such as, Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney, former Congressman Paul Findley, professor Norman Finkelstein, professor Diana Ralph, Henry Makow PhD, professor David Noble, principal Debbie Almontaser, French philosopher Roger Garaudy, former Congressman David Edward Bonior (b. 1945), former Congressman Thomas Campbell (b. 1952), April Szuchyt (an American convert to Islam who works in Peace Corps), and many more….

Paul Findley, Congressman for 22 years and receipant of Malcolm X Freedom Award, wrote in his latest article – American-Israeli War Crimes in Gaza need to be known:

America’s abject subservience to the government of Israel has led us into deep complicity in Israel’s shocking air and ground military assault on 1.5 million defenseless human beings called Palestinians who are crowded in a hellhole called Gaza. I toured Gaza four years ago and was amazed that people could survive in that hot, humid land covered constantly with a heavy blanket of dust.

They could not escape, because Israel long ago converted Gaza — a tiny coastal strip adjacent to Israel and only twice the size of Washington’s District of Columbia — into a miserable outdoor prison. “Inmates” are effectively locked down around the clock, except for a few injured who are permitted to seek medical care in Egypt. For 18 months they suffered from an Israeli blockade that caused food and medical supplies to dwindle down to dangerously low levels.

Eighty percent of Gazans are victims of Israel’s illegal expansion into Arab territory during the Jewish state’s early history. They, or their forebears, fled into Gaza as a place of refuge when they were forced by Israeli military units to leave their homes in what is now Israel.

As I write, 524 [the final total rose to above 1,000] Palestinians have been killed and over 3,000 [now more than 4000] injured — many of them women, children and the sick, or elderly. The pretext for this most recent assault on Gaza is the launching of homemade missiles by Hamas supporters that occasionally hit nearby Israeli villages. The missiles caused four Israeli deaths, a few injuries and some property destruction. The Hamas rocket attacks are also a lamentable violation of international law, but they hardly justify the horrific massacre Israel inflicted in retaliation.

The plight of Gazans intensified several years ago when they voted the Hamas faction into power. Hamas, ironically, is a political organization that Israel helped bring into being as a political counterweight to the PLO. But Hamas developed into a large, independent and popular organization that provided needed social and other services, before emerging as a strong and militant critic of Israel’s mistreatment of Palestinians. Hamas’ leadership proposed an extended ceasefire to Israel but received no response.

The moment Hamas gained authority through free and fair elections, the U.S. government began conspiring privately with Israel on ways to forcibly reverse the electorate’s decision; so much for the democratic process.

Then President George W. Bush publicly defended Israel’s bombing and ground assault by saying, “Israel has a right to defend itself.” It would be comforting if he’d also said that Gazans have a right to defend themselves against Israel’s longstanding harsh and abusive treatment. Are Palestinian lives less precious than Israelis? Newly elected President Barack Obama has [at time of writing] remained silent.

Just before the current Israel assault, Prof. Richard Falk, a distinguished Jewish scholar in international law at Princeton University and recently designated as United Nations reporter on Palestinian rights, was refused entry to Israel and unceremoniously deported after being confined in a dirty cell for 20 hours.

Falk writes that the spate of homemade rocket launches does not give Israel either the moral or legal authority to collectively punish the entire population of Gaza. He adds, “Even before Israel’s strike … a recent study reports that 46 percent of all Gazan children suffer from acute anemia ” The sonic booms associated with Israeli over-flights have caused widespread deafness, especially among children. Malnutrition is extremely high and affects, in varying degrees, 75 percent of Gazans …The magnitude of Palestinian suffering and the deliberate violations of international humanitarian law by Israel are indefensible.”

As a veteran former Republican Member of Congress, I was upset when Senator Mitch McConnell, Senate Republican Leader, brushed off a reporter’s question about Israel’s assault on Gaza in these words: “Israel had no choice.”

America’s political structure and most of our media are bereft of balanced appraisal. In the Congress, only Democrat Dennis Kucinich of Ohio speaks out in protest. Almost all other Members of Congress toe the Israeli line and express supportive words similar to McConnell’s.

Only Al-Jazeera television has kept the world fully informed with regular glimpses of the true extent of death and injury suffered by Gazans.

The American people, largely unaware of our government’s subservience to Israel, are unwitting partners in the inhuman brutality being inflicted on the people of Gaza. The fighter planes, helicopter gunships, tanks, and missiles used to bring death, injury and destruction upon Palestinians are gifts of the U.S. government.

In the UN Security Council, only the United States opposed calls for an immediate ceasefire. Without America’s unconditional military and political support, Israel could never carry out the destruction of Gaza or its humiliation of Palestinians in the West Bank. America’s indifference to the plight of Gazans makes me wonder if our citizens have lost all capacity for moral outrage.

If you wish to find out who is really responsible for Israel’s scofflaw behavior and war crimes, look in the mirror. Citizens like you and I are letting the lobbyists for a small, ruthless government make America its uncomplaining servant.

PA Unity Government – An Illusion

“The neighbouring Arab regimes are Israel’s first line of defense against Islamic armies,” – David Ben Gurion, first prime minister of Israel.

“Is it an irresponsible overstatement to associate the treatment of Palestinians with this criminalized Nazi record of collective atrocity? I think not. The recent developments in Gaza are especially disturbing because they express so vividly a deliberate intention on the part of Israel and its allies to subject an entire human community to life-endangering conditions of utmost cruelity,” – Professor Richard Falk (a Jew), the UN Special Rapporteur for Human Rights in Palestine.

Yesterday, members of Islamic Resistance groups. Hamas, Islamic Jihad and secular resistance groups, Fatah, PFLP and half a dozen other groups met in Cairo (Egypt) on US puppet Hosni Mubbarak’s invitation to hammer out their major differences leading to the formation of some sort of PA unity government and reunite Gazzah (ruled byHamas) and West Bank (ruled by Israel/Fatah). According to the news the participants have agreed to form several “committees” that will pave the way for a unity government. Now let us review the past history of such “negotiations” initiated by Saudi Arabia, Arab League, Egypt and Syria – to find out what the future hold for this latest “willingness for unity”.

1. Egypt, since the days of Anwar Sadaat (1918-1981) has been on USrael side as result of US$1.5 billion annual bribe. Egypt, Jordan and Turkey has diplomatic relations with the occupiers of Palestine. Just two days before the Zionazi murderous aerial slaught on Gazzans on December 27, 2008 – Mubarak received Zionist foreign minister Tzipi Livni in Cairo with hugs and kisses while his intelligence minister Omar Suleiman told his Jewish counterpart Gen. Amos Gilad that Mubarrak-regime would like “to see Hamas cut down to size, even in Damascus”. Later Mubarak told a delegation of EU foeign ministers that “Hamas must not be allowed to win,” (Ha’aretz January 5, 2009). Egypt’s Islam-hating regime has always refused to open Rafah border with Ghazzah to reach foreign help to the beseiged Palesyinian – an blocked imposed by the UN, US, Russia and the EU under Israeli pressure.

2. Arab League aka Fahd Plan (1981) has long shown its members’ willingness to establish diplomatic relations with the Jewish occupiers – if Tel Aviv agree to let Palestinian live inside a large concentration camp, comprising of Gazzah, West Bank, and “maybe” East Jerusalem. Saudia western puppet-regime’s intelligence agency, Mukhbarat has been giving financial support to the corrupt PA and Fatah.

3. Islamic Resistance won clear majority in 2006 elections in Gazzah and the West Bank, but its authority was never recognized by Israel, the US, Fatah and most of the Arab puppet rulers.

4. Mahmoud Abbas’s mandate as the “PA President” expired last month – but like other Arab dictators – he refuses to hold new elections for the presidency – fear Hamas may crab that post too.

5. Mahmoud Abbas has tried to broker a deal with everyone except for the legitimately elected representative of the Palestinians, Hamas. The so-called “Palestinian Authority (PA)” has been rejectedby majority of nine million Palestinian inside occupied Palestine and abroad – but since the USand Israel prop it up for keeping Palestinian resistance divided for the benefit of Zionist occupation. Fatah leadership has refused to attend inter-faction dialogues to be held in Damascus or Tehran.

6. Hamas is in favour of long-term ceasefire with Zionist entity but refuses to recognize Israeli occupation. Contrary to that, Fatah is with the Arab Leagues’s “generous offer” – a Two-State solution – always on the mercy of powerful Zionist entity.

The western colonial regimes and their Muslim servants ruling Muslim nation-states – are pranoid by the Islamic credentials of Hamas, Islamic Jihad and Hizb’Allah – and their close relationship with Islamic State of Iran. They want to isolate these Islamic Resistance groups from Tehran – so that they can offer the remaining 22 percent of Palestinian territory in the hands on its native people – to European Jew settlers on a silver-plater. Egypt’s latest charade of “unity government” is part of USrael’s on-going crusade to destroy Hamas and Hizb’Allah.

It is apprent that non-Muslim regimes in Venezuela and Bolivia have more human concious than the so-called “Sunni” regimes in the Arab world. Both those countries broke their diplomatic relations with Israel on January 12, 2009.

Bangladesh – ‘Hinduized’ via Bangla language

Last December, the Urdu-speaking Muslims living in Bangladesh were given the right to vote since the separation of Eastern wing of Pakistan by local majority party, Awami League leader Sheikh Mujibur Rehman (killed in a military coup in 1975) under Hindu tanks in 1971. He named the former East Pakistan province – Bangladesh or “Bangla country” (borrowing the Zionists’ concept of Palestine for “Jewish people” only). Mujib declared Hindu religious days as ‘national holidays’ and used to attend all Hindu festivals personally.

An unbaised reader of Indian sub-Continent will find that under British occupation of India – both Bangla and Urdu languages were turned into sort of racist cult – with the differnce that while Urdu-speaking conmmunities based their identities both on Islam and language – the Bangla-speaking communities have no religious bariers – Muslims, Hindus and Buddhist are all considered part of the same ‘Bangla Brotherhood’ as long as they speak Bangla and are born in India’s West Bangal or Bangladesh. In order to abolish such racism – based on language or birth land – which is against Islamic teachings – Quaid-e-Azam (a Gujrati-speaking Muslim) declared Urdu as Pakistan’s official language, though the majority of Pakistani population in 1947, was Bangla-speaking. However, after February 21, 1952 language riots at Dhaka University resulting in the death of three students – Bangla language was made into ‘lanuage Holocaust’.

There are 160 million Bangla-speaking population (82% Muslims, 16% Hindus and the rest Christians and Buddhists) – while India has more than 75 million Bangla-speaking population in West Bengal, Assam, Tripura, and state of Jharkhand. Some Indian leaders suggested to Mujib that if he could get a divorce from Pakistan – India maybe willing to let its province of West Bangal merge with Bangladesh – in order to unite the two Bangals, which the All India National Congress fought to get divided fearing being a Muslim-majority province under British Raj – its people may prefer to join the newly created Pakistan.

Persian was the official language during the Mughal Empire in Hindustan. During that period, Urdu (meaning army in Persian) was evolved out of Arabic, Persian and Turkish speaking Muslims who established Muslim rule in Indian sub-Continent. A great number of Urdu words became part of Bangla grammar. It was William Carey (1761-1834), an English missionary, who Sanskritized Bangla language between 1800 and 1813 with the help of Brahimin intellectuals. British imperialists made it compulsary for Muslims to learn this Sanskritized Bangla language to join government services. The Christian-Hindu agenda was to convert the former Muslim ruling class into tailors, boatment, peasants and rickshawalas . After division of India into two sovereign states, the anti-Muslim Hindu elites in India – went for the big kill – to Hinduized Muslims via Bangla language. However, their hatred of Bangla language is obvious from the fact that while Bangla is official language of Bangladseh – 75 million Bangla-speaking Indian citizens (25% Muslims) in West Bengal – have failed to get Bangla to be recognized as one of the state languages of India. In fact, New Delhi has refused to issue a postage stamp with Bangla script on it.

The Hindu crusaders believe that by Sanskritizing Bangla language they will be able to de-Islamize Bangla population. There is no shortage of ‘Islamophobes’ on both sides – Sufia Kamal, Nilima Ibrahim, Ali Ahsan, Shamsur Rahman, Kabir Chaudhry (Minister of Education under Mujib) and Kudrate-e Khoda (communist Chairman of the Bangladesh Education Commission) to name a few. Bangla Islamists were mostly killed by the thugs of pro-India  Rakshi Bahini militia. Islamic academic in Universities were replaced by Mujib’s trusties, the Tagorites, the anarchists and the communists. Muslim history books were polluted with Hindu ones. The literary works of anti-Islam Hindu writers such as Rabindranath Tagore (1861-1941), Samar Sen (1916-1987) and Sri Krishna-Kirtan instead of Kazi Nazrul Islam (1899-1976) or Abdul Kadi (1906-1984) - have become part of Bangla literature in Universities.

Some of the Islamic terminoloy purged from school textbooks included Allah, Rasul, Nabi, Hajj, Wudu, Azan, Mu’azin, Ka’aba, Jihad, etc. etc.

It’s interesting to note that All India Muslim League was born in Dhaka in 1906 – and the “Pakistan Resolution” that called for the creation of an independent Muslim State in Indian sub-Continent – was proposed by A.K. Fazlul Haq, a Bangla leader on March 23, 1940.

The current prime minister of Bangladesh, Sheikh Hasina Wajed is the daughter of slain ‘Father of the Nation’ Sheikh Mujibur Rehman – and the only member of the family not killed in 1975 military coup for being out of country (in India).

And finally, here is a ‘conspiracy theory’ by a paranoid Hindu Zionist – who believe that Pakistan (ISI) and Bangladesh (DGFI) intelligence services are planning to split India by linking the two Muslim-majority countries through a northern corridor in India and naming it  Mughalistan. As usual, the ignorant Zionist creep don’t want to admit that the Mughal Muslim dynasty ruled the entire Indian sub-continent and the present-day Afghanistan for several centuries.
