Hamas-Fatah ‘Unity Government’!

Hamas political leader Khaled Meshaal will meet Fatah leader and acting Palestinian Authority Chief Mahmoud Abbas in Cairo to sign the deal, AFP reported on Friday.

American Jewish organization, Americans for Peace Now, which works to help the Zionist regime achieve a secure peace with Arab states and the native Muslim and Christian Palestinians – has welcomed the Hamas-Fatah deal with the hope that Islamic Resistance Hamas will eventually disapear, leaving secularist Fatah, an Israel-friendly Palestinian faction, in power.

“Clearly, it would be preferable if Hamas – a US-designated foreign terrorist organization with a long history of bloody attacks on Israel – could be completely wished away. However, five years of U.S., Israeli, and international efforts to sideline Hamas have failed. The reality today is that the Gaza-West Bank split is a hurdle to peace efforts, raising questions about the capacity of Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas to implement an agreement,”APN President and CEO Debra DeLee stated.

The reaction from the Zionist-regime and its poodles in the western capitals was typical knee-jerk. From Shimon Peres to the White House, they’re all irked by Abbas’ making peace with the elected government of PA (Hamas) than the terrorist regime in Tel Aviv.

Elliott Abrams, was the most hawkish pro-Israel Jews in the Reagan Administration’s State Department. He is US-Israel dual citizen. Abrams pled guilty in 1991 to two misdemeanors and was sentenced to a year’s probation and 100 hours of community service. A year later, former President Bush Sr. granted Abrams a full pardon. On April 27, 2011 Abrams wrote a column in CFR magazine, entitled ‘A Hamas-Fatah Coalition?’.

“It is hard to see how Israel could negotiate with a Palestinian government half or more of which represents a terrorist group dedicated to attacking the Jewish State (sic). ……. Will Congress vote aid funds for this new half-Hamas government? What will lawyers at the Treasury and State Departments say about the participation of a terrorist group in the PA government?  Will it even be legal to give funds to the PA?” wrote Abrams. Indirectly, the warmongering Jew is advising Obama government to slam sanctions on PA even though similar sanctions have failed to turn Palestinians against Hamas.

Personally, I am least optimistic about any deal with the double agent Abbas. However, a unity government’s unilaterally declaration of an independent Palestinian state (Gaza, West Bank with East Jerusalem its capital) would carry more weight under international laws.

Under US-Israel-EU pressure through funding, Fatah parted away from the other PA member, Islamist Hamas resistance after the later came into power in 2006. Last week both groups reached an initial agreement on all controversial issues including the elections within a year and the formation of the interim unity government. The scheduled elections were postponed by Abbas in January 2009.

Hamas official from Gaza Mahmud Zahar said although the movement was committed to its strategy of “no recognition and no negotiations” with Israel, it would not insist that Fatah stop negotiating with Tel Aviv.

“If Fatah wants to bear the responsibility for negotiating on nonsense, let it. If it manages to get a state, good for them,” Zahar said. “We didn’t view what was happening as a peace process, so we didn’t take part in it,” he said.

Obama shuffles cabinet for the Lobby

On Thursday, Obama administration got a facelift for Barack Obama’s bid for the second term in November 2012. It’s mainly to regain his lost popularity among the powerful 2% American Jewish minority.

Obama has picked the CIA Director Leon Panetta to replace retiring Defense Secretary Robert M. Gates, while Gen. David Petraeus, the top commander in Afghanistan, will leave the Army to lead the CIA by September 1, 2011. Marine Lt. Gen. John R. Allen will take over from Petraeus in Afghanistan this fall to work with a new US ambassador, Ryan Crocker, selected to replace the current ambassador, Kark Eikenberry.

The Israel-Firster Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-Ky.) praised President Barack Obama’s selections.

Though all of them are known for their pro-Israel and anti-Muslim rants – General David Petraeus as CIA Boss is a very bad omen for the Muslim world. Petraeus has been a vocal military voice for blaming Islamic Republic for America’s defeats in both Afghanistan and Iraq. In April 2008, he told the US Senate that Iran was responsible fot the death of hundreds of US soldiers and thousands of Iraqi soldiers and civilians. For his propaganda lies for the benefit of Israel, Professor James Petras called Petraeus Zionism’s military poodle. Gen. David Petreaus’ grandparents were allegedly Dutch  Jewish. In fact Petreaus is a Jewish surname.

The former Congressman Leon E. Panetta was Bill Clinton’s chief of staff. He along with his wife founded the Leon and Sylvia Panetta Institute for Public Policy, a neocon think tank based at California State University.

Marine Lt. Gen. John R. Allen is known for very close working relationship with Gen. Petreaus in both Iraq and Afghanistan.

Professor Ryan Crocker is former ambassador to Iraq, Pakistan, Lebanon, Syria and Kuwait. After retirement in 2009 – Crocker joined the powerful Jewish think tank Council on Foreign Relations (CFR).

Having ‘good relations’ with the Israel Lobby, they’re expected to receive clean bill of health from the ‘Israel-First’ US Senate majority.

And finally, why Obama needs to remain in Jewish Lobby’s good book? Well the answer comes from an article by Pauline Dubkin Yearwood in The Chicago Jewish News, October 24, 2008. Pauline wrote that Jewish fear of Obama going against the interests of Israel is false and it’s being used as pressure tactics – as Obama’s political career was built by the Jews.

“Some of my earliest and most ardent supporters came from the Jewish community in Chicago,” Obama told the Jewish Telegraphic Agency in 2004, just after his keynote speech at the Democratic National Convention had galvanized the party and made his name a household word overnight.

Chutzpah: ‘US needs Israel more than ever’

Turkish President Abdullah Gul in The New York Times’  Op-Ed, last week, had warned both Benji Netanyahu and Barack Obama that the “Arab Revolution is aimed at Israel’.

On April 26, 2011, the neocon propaganda organ, the Foreign Affairs magazine published Israeli ambassador to Washington, Michael Oren’s rant entitled The Ultimate Ally. As a typical self-denial Israeli, Oren claimed that as result of the current protests against the US friendly regimes in the Middle East – The US needs Israel on its side more than ever before.

Oren highlighted some of the ‘benefits’ Americans have been receiving by maintaining ”strong alliance” with Israel including Israel enhancing American intelligence and defense capabilities and providing ports and training for US forces and helping secure America’s borders and assists in saving American lives on and off the battlefield.

No one can deny Oren’s claim of US-Israeli strong bonds in those fields. How else Jonathan Pollard would have been able to steal over million US secrets for Israel or Israel being able to mastermind and carry-out September 11 terrorist attacks.

Oren boasted that Barack Obama told a White House gathering, “The United States has no better friend in the world than Israel”. But that doesn’t come as a surprise to someone who knows the incredible power of the Jewish Lobby in America. In fact, every resident of the White House since the Crypto-Jew Eisenhower, have made the same statement.

“Rather than viewing Israel as a vital American asset, an increasingly vocal group of foreign-policy analysts insists that support for the Jewish state, including more than $3 billion in annual military aid, is a liability,” lamented Oren. The truth is the US taxpayers’ have been financing the rich but parasite Israel to the tune of trillion dollars since 1950s.

Michael Oren slammed Israel’s critics for blaming Washington’s blind support for America’s lowest rating among the Muslim world. He claimed that two out of three Americans sympathize with Israel. Interestingly, a recent PEW poll showed that 83% of the participants called Israel the greatest threat to the region while only 10% had similar views about Iran. According to World Public Opinion poll results released in March 2011 -  49% gave Israel an unfavourable evaluation, and 21% give it a favourable one. Out of 27 countries polled in 2011, 22 lean negative, two lean positive, and three are divided.

Oren’s front-page article was meant to create a favorable atmosphere ahead of Benji Netanyahu’s visit to attend the AIPAC’s foreign policy conference in Washington on May 22-24, 2011. During his visit, Benji is also going to address the joint meeting of the Congress. Over 80 anti-Zionist American groups have formed MOVEOVERAIPAC movement to expose Israel Lobby’s evil grip over US foreign policy.
