Mass-murderers above law

Justice Goldstone (a South African Zionist Jew) demanded that Israel should investigate its officials for “war crimes” during 23-day Israeli attack on 1.5 million citizens of Gaza Strip. Israel refused and Obama administration supported Israel for its refusal. Now, a British has taken the courage to issue an arrest warrant for former Israeli foreign minister Tzipi Livni, for her part in the genocide of 1300 Palestinian civilians during Israeli war of Dec-Jan 2009.

As expected, Israeli prime minister Benjamin Netanyahu (Bibi), knowing the power of Jewish Lobby in Britain – has blasted the British court for its ‘anti-Semitism’, saying: “We will not agree to a situation in which Ehud Olmert, Ehud Barak and Tzipi Livni will be summoned to defendant’s bench. We will not agree that Israeli army commanders and soldiers, who – heroically and in a moral (Talmudic) fashion – defended our citizens against a brutal and criminal enemy (fighting against world’s fifth powerful killing-machine with just guns and rockets)….” British foreign secretary, David Miliband was quick to apologize on behalf of the British ZOG government by saying: “Britain would no longer legal harassment of Israeli officials in this fashion”. Interetingly, not long ago Miliband hailed International Criminal Court’s (ICC) arrest warrant against Sudan’s presidents for the so-called “war crimes against humanity”.

Since January 2009 – Zionazi ministers including Defence Minister Ehud Barak (he claims immunity for being the member of Israeli cabinet) and several army officials have been threatened with legal action in Britain. In October 2009, Israeli vice-prime minister Gen. Moshe Yaalon cancelled his trip to London for a Jewish fundraising event – on fear of being arrested for his part in the assassination of Hamas leader in 2002.

In 2005, Maj. Gen. Doron Almog, refused to come out of El AL flight at London airport as British detectives were noticed waiting for his arrest concerning his orders for the bombing of Palestinian homes in Gaza in 2002 which killed 14 civilians including one leading resistance fighter.

In 2006, Brig. Gen. Aviv Kochavi cancelled his scheduled studies at the Royal College of Defence Studies in London to escape his possible arrest for crime against Gaza civilians.

In 2007, former Shin Bet Chief Avi Dichter cancelled his trip to London for fear of being arrested for crimes against the Native Muslim and Christian Palestinians.

In February 2009 – Col. Geva Rapp rushed to return to Israel after learning that he was wanted for questioning regarding Israeli ‘Operation Cast Lead’.

The Zionazi mass-murderers are running from the unversal Jurisdiction concept, which Spain applied to arrest Chilean dictator Augusto Pinochet in 1998. Chris Doyle, director of Council for Arab-British Understanding (CAABU) said: “We cannot talk tough on terrorism and be weak on war crimes. So I think the use of universal jurisdiction in these cases is a good thing.”

On Monday, Amnesty International accused Zionist entity of using white phosphorous on civilian targets during its 23-day assault on Gaza Strip. “Its repeated use in this manner, despite the evidence of its indiscriminate effects and its toll on civilians, is a war crime,” wrote Donatella Rovera, a researcher with Amnesty International.

In January 2009 – Richard Falk, UN’s special rapporteur on Palestinian Territories said: “There is a well-grounded view that both the intial attacks on Gaza and the tactics being used by Israel are serious violations of the UN Charter, the Geneva Conventions, international law and international humanitarian law.”

Iran already has given greenlight to its criminal courts to try Israeli leaders for war crimes if requested by foreign human-right groups.

Bolivian President Evo Morales, who along with Venezuela broke diplomatic relations with Israel as result of Israeli invasion of Gaza Strip, said: “The most serious international crimes should not go unpunished. Any government can back the investigation and punishment of these crimes. Bolivia, a sovereign state that shows it is against violence and respects life, will work with other governments and humanitarian organizations to ask for investgation in international court for the crimes committed in Gaza Strip by Prime Minister Ehud Olmert and other members of the Israeli cabinet.”
