On Friday, addressing tens of thousands people attending the 38th International Al-Quds Day rally in Beirut, leader of Lebanese Islamic Resistance Sheikh Hassan Nasrullah said: “Palestine is our conscience and the Axis of Resistance (Iran-Syria-Hizbullah) is getting stronger.”
Nasrallah warned the Zionist regime to stop living in self-denial and face the truth that if it dared to attack Syria or Lebanon – the end result would be worse than its defeat in 2006.
“The Israeli enemy should know that if it launches an attack on Syria or Lebanon, it’s unknown whether the fighting will stay just between Lebanon and Israel, or Syria and Israel. I’m not saying countries would intervene directly – but it would open the door for hundreds of thousands of fighters from all around the Arab and Islamic world to participate in this fight – from Iraq, Yemen, Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan,” Nasrallah said.
Sheikh Nasrallah also offered his salutations to the people of Palestine, who continue to suffer from blockades, electricity shortages and cutoffs, increased encroachment into its remaining land by illicit settlements, and Judaization plots aiming to usurp total control of Muslim and Biblical prophets sacred sites such as the tombs of prophets and the Al-Aqsa Mosque and place them into the hands of Israeli forces and the country’s religious authorities. Nasrallah cast the aggressive moves as an attempt to force Palestinian resistance factions to accept the occupation.

Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatullah Ali Khamenei is the only Muslim leader among the 57 Muslim-majority nation-states who supports Hizbullah politically, morally and financially which comes from Imam Khomeini Charity Foundation and other charities. It doesn’t come from government treasury.
Last year, Khamenei said: defending Palestine is defending Islam.
On June 24, Saudi-led seven US poodle states have given Qatar ten days to comply with their 10 demands which includes shutting-down Doha-based Al-Jazeera (Arabic) and disconnecting all ties with anti-Israel Hamas and Hizbullah. Doha has rejected the demands calling them unreasonable.
Finally, I like to take this opportunity to wish a blessed Eid Mubarak (End of month of fasting – Ramadan) to all the Muslim readers. The event is being celebrated today in Canada.
