Guantánamo Bay victim sues Ottawa for $50 million

Djamel Ameziane, an Algerian-born technician, who took refuge in Canada in 1995, sues Canadian government for $50 million as compensation for the detention, and the physical abuse his suffered during his eleven years imprisonment (2002-2013) at the Guantánamo Bay Zionist torture camp.

Djamel Ameziane was deported to his native country by US authorities in 2013. Ameziane, 50, was never charged or prosecuted for the alleged terrorist activities by the US authorities during his eleven years at the Guantánamo Bay.

Nate Whitling, an Edmonton lawyer has filed the petition in Ontario Superior Court on Monday last week – claiming $50 million in damages, alleging the Canadian government co-operated with the United States while his client was being arbitrarily detained without cause in the notorious American military prison in Cuba.

The lawsuit alleges that after being tortured and detained in Kandahar, he was transferred to Guantanamo Bay in February 2002, and that the Americans’ decision to transfer Ameziane was based on information and intelligence obtained in part from the Canadian government.

The lawsuit also alleges that while being held at Guantanamo Bay, Ameziane was subjected to horrific physical and psychological abuses.

It also alleges that Canadian officials arrived at Guantanamo and interrogated Ameziane multiple times, despite being aware of reports of abuse and mistreatment of detainees, and being aware that Ameziane was being held with no charges and no access to legal counsel.

Whitling has said that Ameziane’s case calls for a full-scale public inquiry into Canada’s alleged role in the treatment of innocent detainees held in Guantanamo Bay.

Earlier Whitling represented Canadian teenage prisoner at Guantanamo Bay for 15 years, Omar Khadr, who was paid Canadian $10 million out-of-court by Canadian government and a written apology earlier this year.

Listen below experiences of three British Muslims kept at Guantanamo Bay for years without taking them to court for the alleged terrorist activities.

Prince Charles: Foreign Jews behind bloodshed in ME

In May, 2017, British Crown Prince Charles declined an invitation from Zionist entity’s president Reuven Rivlin‘s to attend the 100th anniversary of the notorious 1917 Balfour Declaration in Jerusalem. This month, he skipped the  Balfour centenary gala dinner in London.

Labour Party leader Jeremy Corbyn also skipped the gala dinner which was attended by the prime ministers of Britain and Israel.

Naturally, the UK’s powerful organized Jewry couldn’t take Prince Charles’ Jew baiting sitting down.

Today, London-based Jewish Chronicle reported that Prince Charles in a 1986 letter to his friend Sir Laurens Jan van der had accused foreign Jews (Europe’s Jew terrorists) behind the current bloodshed in the Middle East.

The letter, according to JC, also challenged United States to take on the Jewish Lobby (watch video below).

The Prince of Wales added that the exodus of European Jews in the mid-20th century helped to cause the great problems in the Middle East since.

I know there are so many complex issues, but how can there ever be an end to terrorism unless the causes are eliminated? Surely some US president has to have the courage to stand up and take on the Jewish lobby in the US? I must be naïve, I suppose!,” wrote Prince Charles.

The UK’s Jewish Lobby has claimed that the contents of the letter were not Prince Charles’ personal views – but the views of Arab leaders whom the 38-year-old Charles met during his visit to Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain along with his wife Princess Diana. Incidentally, all the three countries the royal couple visited were created by British colonial power to keep Muslim divided. The royal families of Saudi Arabia, Qatar and Bahrain are Wahhabis.

Sir Laurens Jan van der (died 1996), a White Afrikan British author and an adviser to Windsor ‘royals’, was born in South Africa.

NYT: Roy Moore sexually abused four teenagers

On November 9, 2017, the Jew York Times reported that four White beauties have accused Roy Moore, the GOP Senate candidate from Alabama, and a evangelical Christian (meaning pro-Israel) had made sexual and romantic overtures to them when they’re teenagers and he was in 30s.

Roy Moore is former chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Alabama. He is quoted saying, “we must remember Israel is United States’ best friend and partner in the Middle East.”

Senator Mitch McConnell of Kentucky, the Republican majority leader, said Roy Moore should step aside ahead of the Dec. 12 special election if the allegations were true. McConnell is the dude who along with 46 of fellow pro-Israel lawmakers received US$1 million to author a letter to Iran’s Supreme Leader Ayatullah Khamenei. In the letter, the 47 Zionist pigs warned Khamenei that a deal between Obama and Tehran would be illegal as it doesn’t carry approval from the US Congress and thus might be abrogated after Barack Obama’s presidency.

David Duke slammed the 47 traitors who signed the letter by calling them, “un-Americans, who sold their souls to the Organized Jewry.”

Roy Moore, being part of Israel’s lobby, naturally called his sexual adventures with the teens as Fake News to demonize his Christian faith.

It appears that the Republican Senate candidate is wasting no time in using the bombshell accusations to his advantage as he’s already sent out a fundraising email claiming that the report is part of a smear campaign launched by the Obama-Clinton Machine’s liberal media lapdogs,” said Justin Baragona, a Zionist propaganda rat at Mediaite.com on November 9.

Billy Graham’s Islamophobe son Franklin Graham says that “Roy Moore is one of the few people stand firm for truth and against the erosion of Biblical principles (sic).”

According to a survey by RAINN, every 98 seconds an American is sexually assaulted. And every 8 minutes that victim is a child. Meanwhile, only 6 out of 1,000 perpetrators will end up in prison.

On November 8, American author and blogger Charles Hugh Smith called United States being Culture of Rape.

Apologists for the system that spawned this culture of rape claim that this violence is the work of a few scattered sociopaths. The apologists are wrong: The system generates a culture of rape. The engine of our culture of rape is the elevation of the entitled-insider class to untouchability: they are above the law, and more equal than others in their freedom to impose every sick sociopathology known to humanity on the powerless peasants imprisoned in our noxious neo-feudal system,”
